I guess Mr. Puppet is being sarastic & somewhat gloating here because both Canopy & Tilray are up a few pennies more? Not sure why he has his panties in a bunch and jumping in glee, but this is surely NOTHING to gloat about or be too happy unless you're a daytrader who got lucky & JUST bought in for a quick short term trade.
