RE:RE:WELL should buy Quipt Home MedicalIt's a great US growth vehicle. I think we are well on our way to becoming a major healthcare platform company. I wonder what aqcuisitions they will pull off next. Expect something big given the strength of the underlying businesses. I think the balance sheet can handle a couple hundred million in added debt, if we can get a good deal.
I still think WELL should pick up a diagnostics/testing provider, though Quipt would still be a great acquisition.
Meanwhile, anyone know the latest Circle and WISP numbers? I hear WISP is busy trying to keep up with (very important) demand.
I could see each of Circle and WISP growing into $1Bn revenue/year businesses. They are hiring like crazy, which is a great leading indicator of further growth to come. As companies become large, they need people to do all sorts of things that were previously done by managers. As managers free up, they are able to put their thinking caps on and come up with new ideas/innovations for generating revenues.
Just a friendly reminder to everyone on this board, WELL is a Canadian, growing, positive free cash flowing business. There is no reason to doubt the company or try to bring down those shareholders who care about WELL, its mission and its value.
Yes, I said it, this is a lifetime hold. This is the kind of company that deserves long-term shareholders. This is the company that is actually making a difference, unlike the thousands of companies out there doing nothing at all. If there is any company to get behind, it is WELL.
