By ground to Baker Lake (winter road) then barge it out along Chesterfield Inlet to wherever...?? Just a guess on my part...

If you don't know the answer to that question, I suggest listening to CBD's presentation at the BMO Global Res. Conference. It is very clear what their plans are and there is a lot other good info given https://files.presentation-direct.com/presentations/200403/bmo_global_resources/GlobalResources.htm CBD was the last presenter on day 1 (bottom right corner)
