Its operations are substantially for automotive and other industrial markets in North America and Europe. The Automotive Solutions segment produces automotive interior components and assemblies primarily for seating, cargo storage and restraint for sale to automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers (suppliers to automakers). The Company operates in approximately 20 strategic locations around nine countries and serves various customer base.
