RE:RE:Got one circular, but still some questions on missing infoOf course I am just being sarcastic when I say: "trying to keep the information from the stakeholders, for some reasons."  We all know the reasons are to intimidate people into voting Yes, and then let them set up the NewCo, and work out the deals with the former management team.
