Sorry to break it to you. The tax pools may not be attached to the company. When the company went into receivership, this may have one of the assets the receiver sold either to the buyer - West Lake if I recall or in a seperate transaction.

Sorry to break it to you more, there is no active Board of Directors here. No one iwith exective authority s in a position to sell or transfer the tax pools if they still exist. The company is a zombie company. There is a good selection of zombie companies still trading on the OTC.

If you want to figure out if the tax pools are still available, and they do depreciate over time, you will need to reconsititute the Board. To reconsitute the Board you will need a majority shareholder with incentive to bring it back to life. How do you do that? Buy enough shares to have majority vote and do the legal work that needs to be done to resurrect the shell with authority to make these type of decisions.

It is possible this could be brought back to trade on the TSX or the TSXV. There are ways to bring back delisted stocks. It is not easy, but there are ways.

I was invested with this company when it was on life support and during the Recievership proceedings. It took me two years to get payout, but I was happy that I was able to recover a 600-700% return before it all went away.

I wouldn't normally revisit this type of situation. I only did it because of a discussion on another board for another company that is on life support, that brought me here.

Good luck with your trades.
