Texas Mineral Resources Corp. is an exploration stage mining company. The Company is engaged in the business of the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties. It focuses is to develop and commercialize, along with its joint venture operating partner USA Rare Earth LLC, the Round Top heavy-rare earth, technology metals, and industrial minerals project. Additionally, the Company is developing other domestic mining projects in precious and industrial metals as well as critical minerals. It owns approximately 20% membership interest in Round Top, which entity holds two mineral property leases with the Texas General Land Office (GLO) to explore and develop a 950-acre rare earths project located in Hudspeth County, Texas, known as the Round Top Project. The Company also has prospecting permits covering approximately 9,345 acres adjacent to the Round Top Project. The Round Top project is located in Hudspeth County, Texas, approximately 85 miles southeast of El Paso.
