Aben Minerals Ltd. is a Canadian gold exploration company with exploration projects in the Yukon Territory and British Columbia. The Company’s projects include Justin Gold Project and Forrest Kerr Gold Project. It holds a 100% interest in the 7,400-hectare Justin Gold Project. The property is located in the southeast Yukon on the Tintina Gold Belt to the immediate southeast of Seabridge Gold’s 3 Aces Project. RE:RE:RE:VRIC- booth 2022They implied in their recent news that their exploration plans for this summer will only consist of non-drilling activities.  Or at least that is how I read it.    Part of that could be do to the limiited season for ground exploration on the new properties - they wouldn't have time to sample, analyze and drill in one season.   I suspect the decision not to raise funding now is that they will be able to use the $700K  or so for what they plan for this year.  I think the current share price is therefore based on lowered expectations for this year and no work planned at Forrest Kerr.   

I agree with the other poster who said that a JV with another explorer at Forrest Kerr will be needed.   I suspect we will be hearing about a JV for Justin soon, but not sure about Forrest Kerr.  They would have to do a large fund raise to get back to it however, and I'm not sure that will ever happen without a JV.
