The Company’s Akorade project is located in southwest Ghana, in the southern portion of the Ashanti gold belt. This land package encompasses approximately 225 square kilometers, lying within 50 kilometers of five producers accounting for nearly 50 million ounces in gold reserves and resources. The Company has an initial discovery, the Apankrah Deposit, an inferred mineral resource estimate of 275,000 tons at 8.6 gold per ton (g/t Au) for a total of 76,000 contained ounces.

The company at some point was a good shell with beautiful liquidity for a nice value play... What killed it and turned it into a joke is the Board of directors! Never ever ever under estimate the value of a good and honest board... 

Honestly, they probably had like 4-5 cents cash for shareholders in the event of a liquidation...

Now the SP is at 1 cents and they have no money left!!! 

If they want to explore, they'll have to dilute the hell out of it... Probably brining the shares down to 0.5 cents!!

At that point, the drills have to return 800% to shareholders just to bring the value back to the same share price as people would have gotten with a 4 cent liquidation... Pathetic! They couldn't even invent fictionally a scenario where this will be the case...

While in reality, it's just a board of scumbags finding ways to pay themselves salaries and bonuses on the backs of everyone else and going out to restaurants buying 300 bottles of wine as "business expenses" until they completely run out of money...
