When do companies ever succeed when a government of a nation decides that they want
to nationalize, cancel permits, or do anything else their heart desires. The government of CAR
has much more to lose if they piss off the Russians than catering to Lucy Who ????
Axmin has absolutely no bargaining power in this situation. The only thing that might happen
is a backdoor deal for Lucy which makes her go away but the shareholders of Axmin and Axmin
itself is history ... in fact has been history for a long time now. The only thing that will come of
this is the final nail in the coffin.
