RE:RE:RE:Over?So then what is the hold-up?  The only viable theory then becomes that they're intentionally sandbagging the delivery, or waiting to release the news of it (if they're even allowed to do that).  Across the street, they're speculating that BHS has possibly sent the miners home because they can't/don't want to pay them, thus potentially avoiding another round of dilution. (I wonder what this does to worker morale).  So it's not unreasonable to speculate that this company has intentionally placed itself in a holding pattern and has Ocean's approval to delay delivery until the silver price rises.  I'm reiterating that I'm a novice to junior mining investing so anyone reading, please feel free to correct anything I've said or misconstrued.
