Management has failed to find a partner/buyer. This explains the progressively downward chart trend.

IMO, there have been offers in the past 5 years but the shareholder is not privy to that information due to confidentiality agreements. Will there be offers once the Elaborate is submitted and approved by the Serbs is anybody's guess.

In the meantime the SP continues to sink and dilution is rampant.
