my only fear (and I hope that it is un-warranted) is when companies get to greedy and they want to continue on as a going concern but they sell off to many of the plums and leave shareholders holding ...more

For the self-proclaimed expert on BWD you would know by doing the math on the Legacy deal that the capital contribution or promote was roughly $2500/acre if LEG drills all of the wells.  The ...more
