This is actually getting crazy.. the EPS also slowly starting to normalize around 0.015$-0.02$ per share with all the interest income/income from their properties.  Q4 even better than Q3.  ...more

You make a very sound point on the ZAR/CAD rate.  Canaf has been swimming upstream in that respect and still made significant improvements in $.  The ZAR figures must have improved no end ...more

Another strong quarter + Q2 is expected to be similar results. Management is also slowly reducing away the risk by buying properties generating 15% pretax yield.   Happy shareholder right ...more

I don't believe the lawsuit is a basis for any investment decision and I don't want to put much into it but.. if it happens to be successful..
