CBLT owns a bunch of Omni Commerce (to be REady set Gold) shares, does anyone have any clue as to when that stock will come out/start trading? CBLT received shares for sale of the gold property.

I cannot find that Omni/RSG ever raised all the money needed for the deal anywhere (yet) there is a post on Sedar that they raised maybe 400k, but that might be only part of the news.

Anyone with any info?

(Im a locked up Omni shareholder due to the 2 year plus trading halt)
