As I stated in my earlier post regarding the valuation of the shares, things are brewing. You saw the 36% spike shortly after my post. Therfore I ask you to read this post as a friendly heads-up.

-FIRSTLY:
Both of the Inuit groups will now sign the Letter of Intent we are working on with them. This will then be very important for the Quebec Government in terms of them announcing the financing of this road, as they have said for years that they want to do.

-SECONDLY:
Richard Steffens, the Director for the Western Hemisphere for the US Department of Commerce, has asked Commerce Resources to submit an offtake agreement on 10% of their annual production of NdPr oxide, which they would produce in collaboration with the processor in Beatrice, Nebraska named Rare Earth Salts.
With this offtake agreement, which they have submitted, Richard then intends to introduce them to a list of American majors who would then be able to look at the construction of a magnet manufacturing facility based upon this captive source of NdPr.
Richard has suggested the US companies that are interested in this program would include Boeing, Lockheed Martin, United Technologies, Raytheon, GE, Pratt Whitney etc. Unfortunately this program was on hiatus during the recent 5 week shutdown, but Mr.Grove received an email from Richard Steffens this week saying that besides their backlog that his Department would be working on this initiative and hope to have these meetings next month.
THIRDLY:
I personally know of more things going on that is not suited to share here just yet, things are starting to move and March will be a interesting month for Commerce Resouces as several coincidences come together in the month of March.
