Early China Play, with good Potential

Early China Play, with good PotentialCNC was formed from an RTO in mid-2003, and began its business in late 2003. It has the distrbution rights for Chinese films and TV programs for North America, and also has a subsidiary that is exploiting business opps in China, related to the booming entertainment industry. What I found to be impressive was thatm, on December 3, 2003, Beijing Can-Chin entered into a cooperation agreement with one of the largest internet portals in China, Sina.Com (NASDAQ: SINA) to jointly develop a Film & TV web channel utilizing both parties'resources and share in membership revenue. Sina.Com currently has 94.8 million registered users worldwide and over 10 million active users for a variety of fee-based services. SINA is a Nasdaq gorilla with a market cap in excess of $4 billion.....and for CNC to arrange a deal with SINA augurs well for future developemnts of its Chinese subsidiary. I dont have a large position here, but have my core position and will await developments before adding to my position. CNC has 10 million shares o/s and fd.
