Trades??

Does anyone know or shed light on what is happenning here?

Buying 500 shares for about $200 at a time cannot really get anyone any money?

Also if you want to get out of a few thousand shares , it will take a ton of trades. Is this stock worht getting into (especially if you cannot get out?
