Any way you can elaborate on that? We are in an information vacuum with CVW these days, and unless the company releases something, everything is just seems a wild guess. I'm remaining hopeful, but

That quote is way out of date.  That's why it is still referred TIC.  They still show a stock proce of $1.90.

You are absolutely right plus oil prices are projected to be firm (for what projections are worth).  So why is the commercial agreement taking so long to mature?  It's frustrating.

Hmmm, who could possibly have the financial capacity to do this? The top 5 operators in the oil sands have a combined $110B in free cash flow in 2022.  Should be enough, no?

Since oil sands  operators share technology through their industry association, one can imagine CNQ, Suncor,  and everal other big operators will eventually apply CVW technology.  That
