CVWSorry I can't elaborate but hopefully the share price will w be more than double from where it is now. We all want a commercial agreement but I believe the oil sands operators are waiting for the feds and provincial governments to pay big. Cost for one agreement is over a billion because you have to build 2 separate plants for process. Look what feds gave Volkswagen last week for a battery plant, $13 billion. See what happens in a few weeks, CVW has to come through with something positive.
