DAC and LMSG

DAC and LMSGSo these two companies will now work together for a year + cross selling products and services while DAC continues to pursue buying LMSG as per the original LOI.  Part of me says maybe this is good and another part says just get on with the buyout.  Interested to hear what others think. Funny seems DAC never does things the straight forward easy way.
