Vertical integration VI has failed with this company. Prairie Records is overpriced and empty. Their manufacturing is abysmal and even if they have opportunity to improve, they shun it. Upper management is concerned new talent is better than them. Recipe for disaster and expect SP to reflect ~5M mkt cap.
