CEO & Director recently bought CA$99k worth of stock
On the 10th of June, Marshall Gunter bought around 663k shares on-market at roughly CA$0.15 per share. In the last 3 months, there was an even bigger purchase from another insider worth CA$145k. Marshall has been a buyer over the last 12 months, purchasing a net total of CA$199k worth in shares.

18 insider buys in the last 12 months, 1 sell. 9 insider buys in the last 3 months, 1 sell. Do you think the insiders know something we don't?

I completely agree. Insiders definitely know something that we don't. That's exactly what is scary here. The pumpers here should be put on ignore. Some may even be up to no good. SG3579

Why should we be concerned if Marshall Gunter and another insider have bought a lot of shaes...to me it's a good sign....unless you still think there is going to be a reverse split???

He's just shooting his mouth off because he has nothing better to do. He's got no logical reasoning for his comment. Earlier in the year he was complaining about no insider buys. The comment is only there to stir the pot. 18 insider buys and 1 sell certianly doesn't add up to being "scary". Lol Quite the opposite in fact!
