They would boost confidence and conviction if they could bring more certainty to:

a) plant delivery date
b) plant functioning
c) the start-up process
d) production rate ie will it be toward the lower or higher end of the range?

I'm not saying it's possible to bring certainty to all of this but it sure would make a difference. LAC is a pre-production $4B company bc investors have confidence in the projects and management.
