RE:RE:RE:Glad they are on top of this !It is a huge problem with the batteries for all manufacturers I just read a review about tesla range and it is overstated by about 20% due to the inability to fully charge the batteries because of excessive heat build up.I guess with all elecric vehicles it takes a huge amount of energy to fully charge the batteries and about 50% of the charging time to charge the final 10-20% of the battery.
Rapid charging does not ever fully charge because of the danger of extreme heat.You are right this is not an exclusive EGT issue.
