Dealing with any and all possible problems quickly and effeciently can lead to stronger faith in the company as well as their support in their products. It is a huge problem with the batteries for all manufacturers I just read a review about tesla range and it is overstated by about 20% due to the inability to fully charge the batteries because of excessive heat build up.I guess with all elecric vehicles it takes a huge amount of energy to fully charge the batteries and about 50% of the charging time to charge the final 10-20% of the battery
