RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Company contactReading the MD and A, there are a number of potential "what if" scenarios outlined, however nowhere is there any mention that the Agreement with the Muskowekwan First Nations is lacking any validity. A few quotations"
"The Company’s 100% interest in the MFN Project was acquired through an agreement with the Muskowekwan First Nation (‘’MFN’’) and their corporate nominee Muskowekwan Resources Ltd. (‘’MRL’’) in October 2010 under which the Company obtained the exclusive right to work with MFN and MRL in proceeding to explore, develop and produce the potash minerals on the property. The MFN, whose reserve lands contain the potash resources, are continuing to assist the Company in MFN member consultations and in developing the skills training programs to ensure maximum MFN employment and benefit."
"The Federal government publicly declared support for the Project. The Project has deep political support and is heralded as a new model to develop Canadian resources with First Nations. Regulatory moves have been made to provide certainty or access to the resource and ensure its development. The First Nations Commercial and Industrial Development Act has passed all approvals and is currently awaiting Royal Assent. Signed Tripartite Agreement announced February 2017."
"The focus of the Company is to advance the MFN Project. As management begins deploying the new strategy the company will be entering into new management contract and potential incurring new cost. The goal is to pursue a plan to achieve revenue sooner but increasing the potential opportunities."
"We believe going forward that we are uniquely positioned to develop the MFN Project and become an important player in the Potash Industry"

They made comments that they were working on a resolution ( after they aprted ways with Horgen Holdings ) but we don't have a reconvermation as yet. I expect we will learn more fromtheir upcoming April 26 meeting.
Personally, with potash prices the way they are I hope good news is coming.
