There is something glaringly missing from Jan 17 filing

from the Sept 29/21 Private Placement Closing announcement.....

Did the greenhouse lease negotiation FAIL? This was a big pump at the time.
I see nothing in Jan 17/22 Item 3.8 or Item 5 (a) to (k) that would indicate the greenhouse lease is on. Is Eve or the other actors saying something else?
