RE:RE:RE:1.1 millionI think there is a good chance that they have a buyer also. Maybe the buyer includes the insiders or not, who knows. The behaior of the stock and their refusal to obtain a US proxy listing may say more about their intentions than anything else. They had stated much earlier that they intended to pursue some type of US listing....but then they abaondoned it. Perhaps it was due to costs, or, poerhaps it was due to certain regulations they would need to abide by if they did obtain it-regulations that would make it more difficult to pull off whatever they are planning to do.
