Spring Valley Royalties is a pre-feasibility stage project. The San Albino gold project is part of the San Albino-Murra concession within a contiguous land package of approximately 18,817 hectares. San Albino is located approximately 173 kilometers north of Managua.

If Spring Valley "is so bad that nobody wants it" why did Osisko Royalty pay so much to get the same position as Sailfish so recently?
