Spring Valley
Waterton has been busy selling two big projects to I-80 (Ruby Hill and Getchell). They are still sitting on Spring Valley. They are rolling in cash so they could develop it themselves but they are not mine builders. Most likely they will sell it next to someone who can put it on production and make our royalties worth something. Anyone heard of anything in the works?

Waterton being private dont give anything away. They have been sitting on spring valley forever but some fine day they will have to sell it and that should be a big value unlock for sailfish. Maybe they are waiting (for Godot!) for the next rally in gold prices before off laoding but they certainly seem in no hurry to sell.

Isn't it impossible to tell if they are in a hurry to sell?
