Strange Trading...

Strange Trading...Okay, this is so WEIRD!!!  There is currently a bid for 11,000 shares at .92 cents. I put in an oder to buy 12,000 shares at .92 cents and the order was not filled. NOT filled!   The bid and the ask were at .92 cents.  So, I'm thinking maybe there is a halt?  Nope.  is this the weirdest thing or what?  What the heck is going on????!
