We are in the process of rolling out new locations constantly.  It is a matter of getting marketing materials there and ensuring all the staff at the locations know how to use the system and can help customers who come in.  this is not an overnight process.   We are working on accelerating that process and simultaneously looking for new locations.

I cannot specifically on stock price.   Our goal is to maximize shareholder value while ensuring we are not going overboard with expenses.
