That, and what investor would buy warrants from the company for more than the market price? The investor is actually taking a fair bit of risk here. Giving the company money now, with the ability to buy shares in the future @$0.40.
This should help to set a floor in the share price. Imagine being that investor and then the share price drops to $0.30? They would then have to cough up another $0.10 per share to actually take possesion of a share.
There's no way you could find an investor to buy warrants like these above current market value.
We may not like dilution, but I think this is the best deal possible given the times.
