RE:RE:Management Sucks You're right, and I added at an even lower price ($.38) when management decided that was the price they were okay with as an over allotment option before they terminated that "deal" and altered it in favour of private investors/ insiders. The reality though if they're okay with settling and accepting such a low price to issue new shares, who's to say they won't do it again, should GDNP share price drift lower and lower. They've seriously undermined investors trust, especially to those that bought in with the $1.20 equity issuance just last year (I was not one of those people, but still). Plus every issuance further dilutes existing holders, and EPS going forward. As an alternative - and they briefly talked about this on the call - they could have altered the terms of their LOC, allowing them to use funds for acquisitions rather than just upgrades, but seems like they had to interest in doing so.
