For those of us in the renewable energy business full-time versus a nobody like yourself, I'll enlighten everyone on how much of a phony you really are.
NO developer or independent power producer EVER in North America performs their own System Impact Study (SIS) or System Facilities Study (SFS). In 100% of all jurisdictions, both the SIS and SFS is either performed by the interconnecting utility in house (not necessarily the off-taker) or a professional engineering firm endorsed by the utility to perform such study. NO ONE performs their own study.
You also show your zero knowledge of individual projects. Many projects (not all) a developer is sometimes actually responsible for the high-voltage utility side of the bus, and when paid for by the developer and built, the developer must "deed over" that high voltage transformer and switch gear to the T&D owner. (and pay their taxes).
You are have zero knowledge building any kind of project (outside of your own own home - maybe).
You try and look important but you have zero experience in any field of utility scale renewable energy or power for that matter. You have zero experience with large real estate buildings being built or sub-divisions. You are a true wannabee that never made it it life besides being the big pumper of stocks that get delisted.
