Gold Reserve Inc. is engaged in the business of evaluating, acquiring, exploring and developing mining projects. The Company's exploration prospects include Siembra Minera and LMS Gold Project. Siembra Minera holds certain gold, copper, silver and other strategic mineral rights within Bolivar State granted to Siembra Minera, within approximately 18,950 hectares in an area located in the Km 88 gold mining district of southeast Bolivar State which includes the historical Brisas and Cristinas areas. The mineral rights held by Siembra Minera have a 20-year term with two 10-year extensions. Siembra Minera is beneficially owned 55% by Corporacion Venezolana de Mineria, S.A., a Venezuelan government corporation, and 45% by the Company. LMS Gold Project is situated 20 kilometers (km) north of Delta Junction, and 150 km southeast of Fairbanks, Alaska, in the Goodpaster Mining District.

Yep. Been in this for 9 years now. There's no end in sight. Seemingly nothing is happening and nothing is being done. Just waiting. I might be dead - literally - before anything happens.

Management is in their mid-sixties. You'd think they would try to do something.

Sell the company to the Russians or Chinese for a few bucks a share. They're the only ones who might get anywhere with that corrupt VZ government.
