Could it be?Finally happening. Pres. Trump has signed an executive permit to build a 1600 miles of railway from Alaska to Alberta. 200 miles in Alaska and 1400 in western and northern Canada. 3 years to start and 6 years to finish. $22 billion to be spent. Surely they will need some aggregate from Swamp Point.
