If you hateTrump and the Republicans better hope that he gets in. Biden will over turn every positive thing that the Republicans have done including that railway from Alaska to Alberta. Alberta needs that railway and so do Albertans both for jobs and taxes. Biden has threatened to kill Keystone pipeline within days of taking over the Presidency and you can bet the railway would go the way of the dinasaurs. Not only Albertans but HBK might have a chance to sell aggregates or the whole pit to the Americans for the build. Long shot but a shot non the less.
