Company is a COMPLETE MESS

Company is a COMPLETE MESSHas anyone seen the Balance sheets of HIRE? Salaries, compensations, as well as intangible assets and Goodwill seem CRAZY. I'm just wondering how they are allowed to pull stunts like this while we are shareholders are losing money. Who allowes these values for intangibles and is there no " honest " auditor to tell them these numbers are completer unacceptable? What technology or trademark do they have to put a value of 2 Million on it ? Also why are the salaries so high for a company that has done absolutely NOTHING other than buy inferior assets.
