HIRE is Bankrupt

HIRE is Bankrupt Has anyone seen Q1 numbers ? They are basically bankrupt. If you take out the non cash assets ( Intangible and trademark , technology) which is complete bs, they are super bankrupt. They are also losing money in an extreme fashion.  I would very much like to hear anyone present a case where they can say this company is not bankrupt.
