the entire pure vape contract was supposed to be $4 million they paid over $10 million.in 2020 and 2021 alone . they paid well above 4,000.000 in the years prior. haven't bothered to dig through the financials.
call me paranoid but i would think that ATLEAST $10 million over a $4 million contract is a tad bit suspicious.

and the best part of all this bullshot is HPQ has increasing royaltys and if they don't pay PYR gets to grab back all the tech and the patents and PYR has the right to grab half the company lieu of these royalties.
Then can spin off another dog and pony show and starts flogging this sillycon story for another decade or two. wash rinse repeat..
So if HPQ it's finally flogged to death after 20 years PYR simply grabs everything back and throws HPQ under the bus. If the HPQ it's still being swallowed by shareholders PYR grabs half plus whatever shares they already have .
Either way these guys will get another 10 years of steam out of this silly story making close to three decades without a penny or revenue by HPQ woo Hoo
