just a guess here they probably already have it loaded with quartz yes. In order to keep the main crucible at a constant temperature they would need keep a certain amount of liquefied quartz in there otherwise they would have to deal with hot spots. I didnt engineer the thing but that makes sense to me. so yeah im expecting some news soon on this. In the mean while good time to accumulate in the price channel between .25 and .30
