This a why JV'ing is the way to go.

HSTR is proactive and keeping shareholders (and future JV investor) well informed, no doubt about it. Based on their findings I get why their relunctant to JV'ing it. Insiders own enough more

I'm sure they evaluated all options fully.  This is more about keeping the news flowing until the market improves.  rate and reply

Based on a couple of nice holes last year, drilling heavy around Apollo should be a priority. I just don't think Heliostar can do it on it's own without continously doing PP's, but not at more

They know there are lots of ounces there.  They are going to look for the source of mineralization.  They've been reluctant pit.  But, we're on plan C here. more

No choice really

They're out of money.  Just have to hope they hit something and/or market improves.  rate and reply

RE:Heliostar vs Pride?: $3 Million Private Placement

3 million is not much, by the time you pay the wages there's not much left and they want to drill Mexico and Alaska, I don't know. HSTR should concentrate on Alaska never mind Mexico. That' more

Heliostar vs Pride?: $3 Million Private Placement

Though drill results have been good, (stellar in some cases) HSTR is still a very small exploration company and have barely scratched the surface and these little PP's isn't nearly enough more

New Press Release - Heliostar Announces $3 Million Non-Brokered Private Placement

What I find strange is there might be sellers getting out, but there are bottom buyers and why would they buy a stock when the share price isn't going up? Charles was in Toronto and Montreal more

Safe assumption.  I thought Ireland would be a floor buyer down here, but he's gone quiet.  rate and reply

Looks like someone wants out at .21 cents, 61,000 plus and more at .215, looks like there's more downside until some news is releases, I was under the assumption that we were suppose to more

Mr. Ireland isn't sitting around

Deep and Kojak, Mr. Ireland is wealthy and with him recently purchasing more HSTR has given him a little more leverage. As you say he buy more and position himself as the largest HSTR shareholder more

RE:RE:JV’s don’t work

Mr. Ireland is a wealthy man.  He could buy Heliostar with proverbial couch cushion money.  I know he wants Unga explored.  Let's see what he does.    rate and reply

RE:JV’s don’t work

The only thing he's moving is his patio furniture to be in the sunlight while he's relaxing and you're staying up all night trying to figure what's going to happen next.  rate and reply

JV’s don’t work

For the junior partner, at least.  I'm still waiting for Ireland to make a move here.  Perhaps Amerigo comes in and buys them?  It's all in his hands.   rate and reply

whats with the price action lately?, could it be a leak?  rate and reply

RE:RE:RE:RE:HSTR is sitting at $0.01 to $0.02 Pre-Reverse Split/PP's

Good analysis. But with the current share price being near $0.02 Pre-Reverse Split and PP's, I'm thinking there are just a few retail straglers left holding shares. In fact if those more

RE:RE:RE:HSTR is sitting at $0.01 to $0.02 Pre-Reverse Split/PP's

I looked back at Ireland's buying  history.  In probably the two best analogies to Unga, he made 25x his money on Andean (Cerro Negro ind the sellout to Goldcorp) and about 20x more

RE:RE:HSTR is sitting at $0.01 to $0.02 Pre-Reverse Split/PP's

Good points.  I don't see much selling at this point.  Let's see what happens if the price bumps up a bit.    rate and reply
