Sold at a loss and will avoid...

Sold at a loss and will avoid... I bought into this after hearing about it from David Skarica newsletter guy... but he oftens promotes ones when he is helping to market PPs etc.

It's really a black box to me, but what made my final decision is the recent financing... the terms were just incredibly favorable to buyers... you get 12% a year for 3 years, and you can then convert into 17 cents units that include a full wt!

So guess who got them?  730k out of 1.3m issued went to 2 insiders.  It was basically designed for insiders to get interest,  stock and wts with no risk other than bankruptcy, which they can avoid if things dont go well with dilution and consolidations.

If mgmt acts like this then even if I saw a path to profitability I would avoid.  Much better run stocks to buy than this IMHO.  I often buy small and learn more to decide on buying more... but here I dont like what i see.  These little lifestyle companies are really hard to win as you have to pay mgmt way too much compared to mkt cap.

Sorry to be negative and I wish you all the best.  Might be great, I remember doing well with Dynacor many years ago....
