hold the press releaseI had to go back and look at that press release again.  How I missed the two deals with Liveperson Inc and Rightnow Technologies is crazy.  Liveperson has customers like Virgin Atlantic and T-Mobile. Rightnow Tech is essentially ORACLE.  Oracle paid $1.5 billion for Rightnow Tech.  These are big deals.  If this is the tip of the iceberg, I can't wait for the rest. David, show us the contracts!!!
