The MPD Copper-Gold Porphyry Project has approximately 226 square kilometers of the land package in South-Central British Columbia (BC). The Company’s MPD Project consists of four properties, which include Man, Prime, Dillard and Axe. Mohave Copper-Molybdenum-Silver Porphyry Project covers over 10.4 square kilometers of the land package. Kahuna Diamond Project has a land holding, mineral tenure to over 805 square kilometers and additional diamond rights covering an adjacent approximately 928 square kilometers, which is located in Nunavut, Canada.

So if it's so extraordinary as you seem to say ..why kdk isn't able to close a decent financement at least at $2.00 a share ??

I'm fed up to be brainwashed by the great bear

I'm predicting that after closing the deal kdk will let out poor drill results and the stock price will dive ..
