This going private at 14 million when the book is 33 is indicative of the poor quality of management that KGF has displayed over the years.
They took good Vancouver real estate monies and sent it to Asia. Where, it was impossible to understand, and appears that it was a complete cluster screw up.
The fairness opinion is confusing. It spends time using the market price of maybe a few thousand  dollars of trades to set the enterpise price of millions.
The 3 million to one share consolidation is unfair, and opportunistic. It stinks.
