RE:CompetitonGood question. I don't work in real estate development. The google page for Pointman seems to have generally favorable reviews: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.prostarcorp.pointman&hl=en_CA&gl=US

The only one star reviews seemed to be about a software glitch preventing them from accessing pointman and not of the software's own functionality or usefulness. 

Looking up discussion on forums about pointman, I couldn't find feedback (the OP of the thread is from Australia and said he couldn't get it), but this post seems to mention a number of other similar apps: https://community.emlid.com/t/pointman-app-with-reach-rs/14646/11
