Its San Albino gold project is an open pit development project located in Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua, approximately 173 kilometers north of Managua and accessible through a paved highway. Its Las Conchitas area is located approximately 2.5 kilometers south of its high-grade San Albino Gold Deposit and is situated near the southern end of the Corona de Oro Gold Belt. Its subsidiaries include Gold Belt, S.A., Marlin Gold Mining Ltd., Marlin Gold Trading Inc., Nicoz Resources, S.A. and Oro Gold de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

I don't know what the stock will do in the short term but the only investors that will give institutional investors an opportunity to buy lower are those small investors who are afraid of a downdraft in the shares because of the consolidation.
